When will I receive my order?

The items we sell are immediately available in our warehouse.

The items will be delivered on average within 2/5 days from the conclusion of the order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

You will also receive the shipment tracking code with which you can check the delivery in real time.
The email will also contain the expected delivery date at your address.

Where is the delivery of orders made?

Pifebo delivers to 27 European Union countries plus Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The countries are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Republic of Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Monaco , Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain and the Canary Islands, Sweden.

My order has not arrived

When we ship your order, we'll send you a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date to the address you provided.

You will also be able to monitor traceability on the DHL courier website.
If the expected delivery date has already passed and the courier does not know where your package is, contact us at eshop@pifebo.com

My parcel has not been delivered

Occasionally parcels are returned to us as delivery could not be made.

When the courier returns a package that could not be delivered to the customer, we will take care to contact you promptly to resolve any problems that may have arisen.

If you already know that your order has not been delivered or you have not received confirmation that it has been returned to us

My item is damaged/defective/incorrect

You will get a voucher that can be spent in the online shop or a full refund for the defective/damaged/incorrect item when we have processed your return.
